New member signups were unavailable for some customers on re:Members AMS. Starting at 11:55 pm on Saturday, Oct 17 through Monday 6 am, October 19, the signup links were not available.
What was affected: For some customers, the Create account links were not available on your member portal. Visitors who go directly to the signup page were redirected to the login page.
What was not affected: Staff and existing members could log in and use AMS normally.
