If you are experiencing functionality and/or performance issues and your cloud’s status indicates “green”, please contact re:Members AMS Customer Support to determine if there is a specific issue with your organization’s instance of re:Members AMS or if your experience is a result of a system-wide service issue.

Resolved - As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and stability, during our maintenance window on October 30, 10 PM ET, our infrastructure team moved the AMS API server (public.impexium.com) to a new application gateway. This change was intended to be transparent to customer API calls, but some customers experienced issues with their API connectivity from the change.

Due to this, as of 2:00 PM ET on October 31, we have restored the application gateway to its previous state.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at ams-help@remembers.com.

Given our commitment to enhancing security and stability, we will reschedule this maintenance to a later date, to ensure all integration partners are prepared for this change.
